Money Saving Tips
- If you are having your postcard or newsletter printed - have your printer print the indicia on the piece.
- Check out our Design Tips page - designing your piece properly will result in postage savings. You can always send your piece to Rescigno's to ensure it meets postal regulations before printing.
- NON PROFIT organization - the lowest postage rate will be the standard, non profit rate. Click HERE for current postage rates. (see our sizing templates) Therefore, you can design a postcard piece that is up to 11.5 (wide) by 6.125 (tall) and get the same postage rate as a postcard size piece.
- FOR PROFIT organization - can use first class presort/postcard rates on pieces that are postcard sized (6 x 4.25) and get the lowest postal rates.
- Order extra supplies - this will prevent your job being held up and having to print a small batch (which is more expensive) if you run short.
