Additional List Services:
In addition to updating the addresses, we can also perform the following services for your list:
- Phone Update / Append: Phone Update will update existing phone numbers in your list. Phone append will add phone numbers for your existing contacts. This service has an estimated match of 60%
- Reverse Phone Append: This service will take existing phone numbers and provide you wiht teh contact's name and address information.
- Deceased Suppression: This service matches your list against the Death Master File compiled by the Social Security Administration. You will receive a separate list back of names of those who are deceased. (You do not need to have the social security number to run this service)
- Do Not Mail Registry: This service compares your list to the Direct Marketing Associations do-not-mail list. This is recommended for anyone sending out advertisements.
- Prision Suppression: Your list is matched to over 10,000 correctional facilities to locate those who's addresses are that of a prison.
- Advanced Address Correction: Before sending your list through NCOA, all addresses will be checked for spelling errors and common formatting errors.
- Apartment Append: Research shows that up to 35% of records without apartment information can be updated. By updating this information, we've also shown a 10% increase in NCOA matches. This service will also improve your deliverability and repsonse rate of a mailing.
- Change of Address Plus: Up to 35% of people who move d NOT fill out a change of address form at the post office. This service goes beyond the basic NCOA to check multiple services such as publishers, telephone directorie, credit card companies, etc. to verify if someone moves.
- De-Dupe: This service will remove duplicates from your list to reduce your processing charges.
What information is returned to me?
You have your choice of receiving your lists in the following formats:
- One list - with all addresses - those that moved have the updated addresses. Moves without forwards still have the old address listed. A "status" column is inserted to let you know what records have been updated and which are bad.
- Two lists - one with all the people who moved with their updated addresses and one with all the addresses that moved without a forwarding address (so you can mark them appropriately in your database).
