Personalized Letter Proofs
Please proof all letters to verify:
- The signature looks right.
- The date is right (we normally include the date it will drop, unless otherwise specified by the customer).
- The layout of the letter on the letterhead is correct.
- The address block is correct.
- If there is additional personalization in the body of the letter, please check that as well.
- If you have sent several groups over, please check to make sure that the right person is getting the right letter (we normally send 2 people from each group.)
Please note: Please specify the font size and font name if you are using a special font. Rescigno’s normally uses the font that comes across in the document, but because of the differences between computer systems, this may not always be the font you want.
Please Note: Proofs of merged letters are sent at no additional cost. Our goal is to have the letter go out exactly the way you want it based on the specifications that you give. If, however, you make changes in the body of the letter after it is merged, a fee will be charged. Please make sure that the letter you send over to us is the final version!
