Ordering your supplies in bulk will help you save money. For example - order your letterhead for the whole year, instead of on a per-job basis. Rescigno's can help you plan out your mailings for the whole year.
- When ordering supplies, please note that quantities can be off by up to 10% and some spoilage does occur during printing, sealing, etc. To ensure that you do not run out of supplies, make sure you order 10% to 15% more supplies over your final count. (For example - if you are sending out 200 pieces, order 220)
- In order to get postal discounts, the post office has many regulations regarding the type of piece you send out. Consulting with us before you print the piece can save you money so your piece meets all postal regulations. Rescigno's also offers design and printing services, in addition to complimentary consultation on pieces already designed.
- It is important when sending supplies to Rescigno's Mailing Solutions, that you include a packing slip. This packing slip will allow us to verify that you have enough supplies to complete your job or notify you in a timely manner if you are short.
- Supplies without a packing slip are manually weight counted. This delays your processing while we verify the counts.
- Doing multiple jobs? Rescigno's Mailing Solutions can store your supplies here for easy access for your repeat jobs. Updated inventory quantities are sent after every job.
- Store anything purchased in bulk somewhere that is not humid or damp. Doing so could cause the materials to warp, or in the case of envelopes, to seal themselves.
