Postal Soft Error Codes
Postal Soft is the software we use to standardize your address list and get the postal discounts. When we standardize the list, any problems with the addresses are reported. The following table tells you what the error code is and if the mail piece will be sent to that address.
Rescigno's will, upon request, return all addresses with errors back to you so you can fix them. For an additional fee, we will manually scan all addresses with errors and try to fix those that we can (such as ones with spelling errors or formatting errors).
